Smarthistory is a free resource for the study of art history created by art historians Beth Harris and Steven Zucker. Smarthistory is an independent not-for-profit organization and the official partner of the Khan Academy for art history.
Beth Harris is a faculty emeritus at Khan Academy and a co-founder of Smarthistory, a platform for online art history education. She has worked at MoMA, Fashion Institute of Technology, and the Courtauld Institute of Art, and has co-authored several articles on digital learning and museums.
