“Coming of Age” junto a “Constantly” nos presentan ese feeling de aire y dulzura que no habíamos encontrado hasta el momento, resguardando sonoramente al corte que da nombre al disco. “Change the Show” resume todos los aciertos y pecados encontrados a lo largo de este larga duración, cautivando por el universo melódico de Kane pero con esa criticable falta de empuje final.

Tanto en solitario como con los Rascals o con los Last Shadow Puppets, Miles Kane ha mostrado una influencia clara en sus grabaciones: la del pop 60s, la etapa mod del Swinging London, el soul Motown. A ello le añade también una deuda clara con Marc Bolan (T. Rex).
21 de ene. de 2022 · Ya en el tramo final del lanzamiento destacan “Caroline” y una “Adios” que recuerda que la influencia de The Style Council continúa vigente. ‘Change The Show’ (BMG, 22) deja entrever cierta madurez del artista, o quizá sea solo consecuencia directa de su incursión en terrenos inéditos.
