Pagan's Mind is a progressive metal band from Skien, Norway. They have released five studio albums, and the current line-up feature only original members. Biography. Founded in 2000 from the band Silverspoon by Nils K. Rue, Thorstein Aaby, and Stian Kristoffersen. Pagan's Mind released their first album, Infinity Divine, that same year.
Pagan's Mind was formed during the summer of 2000 by Nils K. Rue (vocals), Stian Kristoffersen (drums), and Thorstein Aaby (guitar). They all played together in an '80s metal-inspired band, Silverspoon, but wanted to aim higher and replaced the old bass player with Steinar Krokmo.

24 de jul. de 2007 · Former PAGAN'S MIND guitarist Thorstein Aaby, who played on the band's 2000 debut Infinity Divine and 2002 follow-up Celestial Entrance, has passed away today (July 24th). He was 36. A statement from the band reads as follows: On the night of 24th of July, our dear friend Thorstein passed on.
