Dom Um Romão (3 de agosto de 1925 - 27 de julio de 2005) fue un percusionista y baterista brasileño de jazz. [1] Es especialmente conocido por su trabajo con la banda de fusión Weather Report, habiendo además grabado con músicos como Cannonball Adderley, Paul Simon, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Sergio Mendes and Brasil '66 y Tony Bennett.
Dom Um Romão (3 August 1925 – 27 July 2005) was a Brazilian jazz drummer and percussionist. Noted for his expressive stylings with the fusion band Weather Report, Romão also recorded with varied notable artists such as Cannonball Adderley, Paul Simon, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Jorge Ben, Sergio Mendes and Brasil '66, and Tony Bennett.
