Christopher Franke, también conocido como Chris Franke, (Berlín, Alemania, 6 de abril de 1953) es un músico y compositor alemán. [1] Es conocido por su participación, entre 1971 y 1988, en el grupo de música electrónica Tangerine Dream. [2]
Franke moved to Los Angeles in 1991 to pursue film work. In 1995 he scored the AFI short Requiem. He may be best known for composing the music for the science fiction television series Babylon 5, as well as the score of the anime movie Tenchi Muyo! in Love and in 2005 the music for German musical Ludwig² (with Konstantin Wecker).

22 de dic. de 2016 · This record was made in 1981 with Nico in collaboration with the legendary German electronic music composer Lutz Ulbrich, formally of Ashra Tempel, Ashra (voice, guitars, keyboards), Tangerine Dream legend, Christoph Franke (mix, sequencer, electronic drums) and Harald Grosskopf (drums, percussions).
LÜÜL. Mitte der 60er Jahre gründete Ulbrich gemeinsam mit Christopher Franke, Michael Günther und Lutz Ludwig Kramer die Band The Agitation, die sich später in Agitation Free umbenannten und, mit mehreren Besetzungswechseln, bis 1974 bestand.
