First Farewell is the first to be written and recorded entirely with Peggy’s immediate family members - sons Calum and Neill MacColl (established musicians & songwriters) and daughter-in-law Kate St John (Dream Academy).
'Everything Changes' will fit in perfectly with Seeger's previous work but will also introduce a whole new generation to a way of songwriting that isn't driven by radio minutes or a killer chorus, more by storytelling and getting a message to all those awake enough to listen.

First Farewell has plenty of the elements her fans love: humour that is wry but never unkind, sweetly crafted tunes that sound fresh and ancient and songs that could be lullaby and lament in one. The Arts Desk . First Farewell, is hardly the sound of an octogenarian.
