And in 2000, the seventy two, roof mounted laser-cut prisms of Erskine’s solar spectrum installation, CROMOS, in Milan Italy’s Central Railway Station, refracted up to 90,000 watts of solar spectrum light onto platforms and trains, creating moving rainbow beams 80 feet long and 150 feet wide.

22 de abr. de 2015 · Nacido en 1941 en Estados Unidos, Peter Erskine se ha dedicado a crear espectros solares ambientales con el uso de unos prismas y de la luz. En la década de los 80 se da cuenta de que puede hacer esculturas con luz y aplica los conceptos que aprendió en la universidad de Pensilvania para crear sus obras psicodélicas de luz.
