Born in Leicester, England, Martinez was best known for his work with Robert Plant, Cat Stevens, Jackie Edwards, Dave Edmunds, George Harrison, Maggie Bell, Vasco Rossi, Peter Gabriel, Chicken Shack, and The Adverts, among others.
