15 de ene. de 2019 · Essentially, Cork is simply Schenkman and former Mountain drummer Corky Laing, but for much of their debut album Speed of Thought, they're joined by bassist Noel Redding of the Jimi Hendrix Experience; whenever he doesn't appear, Schenkman handles the four strings.

David Noel Redding (25 December 1945 – 11 May 2003) was an English rock musician, best known as the bass player for the Jimi Hendrix Experience and guitarist/singer for Fat Mattress.
The trio toured in late 1997, and early the following year Schenkman and Laing began writing songs for a proposed LP; though Redding did not sign on with the new group, he did appear on several of the cuts which ultimately comprised Cork's 1999 debut LP Speed of Thought. ~ Jason Ankeny
Though not an official member, the duo have worked closely with Noel Redding (formerly of The Jimi Hendrix Experience), who has both toured with and recorded with Cork. The group has released two albums, 1999's Speed of Thought and 2003's Out There.
