Brief Biography. Kenneth R. Baker was born in Brookline, Massachusetts. He was named a Fellow of the Manufacturing and Service Operations Management (MSOM) Society in 2001 and a Fellow of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) in 2004.
