Radio City is the second studio album by the American rock group Big Star. Released February 20, 1974, Radio City was recorded during 1973 at Memphis' Ardent Studios. Though not a commercial success at the time, it is now recognized as a milestone album in the history of power pop music.
The legacy of #1 Record has far exceeded the original commercial letdowns of both albums (Radio City and #1 Record), which are now considered to be milestones in the history of rock by critics and musicians alike.
