Cindy Kleine is an American film director, producer and video artist. She grew up on Long Island. In 2000, she married actor and filmmaker Andre Gregory. Kleine's 2013 documentary Andre Gregory: Before and After Dinner is about him. It was funded through Kickstarter.

CINDY KLEINE is an artist who works in film, photography, video, audio and text, sometimes merging these into narrative and immersive installations. Kleine attended Wesleyan University and earned a BFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University and an MFA from Bard College.
