Matt Clifford is a UK-based entrepreneur who co-founded Entrepreneur First, a talent investor that funds and supports exceptional founders. He also writes articles on startups, AI and entrepreneurship, and has a degree from MIT.
Matthew Philip Clifford CBE is a British entrepreneur. Along with Alice Bentinck, he is the co-founder of Entrepreneur First, an international talent investor and startup accelerator founded in 2011. He is also Chair of the UK's Advanced Research and Invention Agency.
Entrepreneur First was cofounded by Matt Clifford and Alice Bentinck on the premise that the world is missing out on some of its best founders. We're led by experienced former founders, operators and industry experts in our four hub cities across the world.
