Michael Edwards, známý jako Eddie Edwards či The Eagle (orel) (* 5. prosince 1963, Cheltenham, Anglie) je bývalý britský skokan na lyžích.. Pracoval jako štukatér, amatérsky provozoval alpské lyžování.Když nebyl zařazen do britského sjezdařského týmu na Zimní olympijské hry 1984, rozhodl se přesedlat na skoky na lyžích, sport v jeho zemi prakticky neznámý.

The Journey To The Olympics. By the winter of 1987, while working as a plasterer and living in a Finnish mental hospital, just to save money – Eddie got the call he had been waiting for. He was able to represent Great Britain at the 1987 World Championships in Bavaria. This was an unbelievable feat for a man who was funding his own dream.
