21 de mar. de 2024 · In the comics, Shrinking Rae (originally a man named Shrinking Ray) is dead upon being eaten by Komodo Dragon, with the character never returning. However, this isn't the case in the TV show. Shrinking Rae escaping Komodo Dragon's body in Invincible season 2, episode 6 isn't in the comics at all , with the decision to keep her alive being a massive detour from the comic series' original storyline.

In the comics, Shrinking Ray is the one that stays dead, whereas Dupli-Kate later comes back, revealing that she had a clone stored in a safehouse.
A Shrinking Ray was a beam which could shrink its target to smaller size. It was used by Brainiac to shrink entire cities to a bottled collection.
