13 de ene. de 2008 · Rowan Ayers was born in Essex in 1922 and attended Dulwich College. During the Second World War he spent six years in the Royal Navy, ending up as a lieutenant in the RNVR. In 1946 he became an editorial assistant for a publisher of technical books and the following year spent six months as assistant editor of The Boy’s Own Paper.
