While the film falls prey to some cliche elements (they own a strip club, go figure), Ambushed actually has some pretty solid pieces to build on. Our two protagonists are charismatic and fleshed out and the supporting cast, as represented by the three people who actually mad it onto the cover, do some solid work in their roles - particularly Lundgren who steals a lot of the scenes he is in.

This film actually played in theaters where I live and I wasted money seeing it. Camera-work is extremely shaky and amateurish looking. Vinnie Jones is hardly in it and the scenes with him are pointless. There is also a lot of pointless and contrived nudity, swearing, and poorly done scenes of people getting shot.
