It was like 10cc were stuck in time, they didn't really offer anything inventive or new - but good value, still. And I think it's actually better for a 90's album to sound like the 70s than to sound like an artificial 80's effort ! Perhaps you've got to be a 10cc-fan in order to find there's more to it than contemporary blandness,
