Turnabout is a 1940 American fantasy-comedy film directed by Hal Roach.. Tim and Sally Willows (John Hubbard and Carole Landis) are a young married couple. They are stuck in endless, pointless bickering over trivial subjects like Tim's gigantic, overly friendly Great Dane dog Dopey, and their great big ugly Indian idol, Mr. Ram, who looms over their bedroom staring at them.

Hughes sums up the film quite simplistically in most of the press materials, “Turnabout” will very much surprise anyone going in to it expecting a drama about a suicidal man and his long lost friend.

17 de abr. de 2020 · While this isn’t a horror film in the strictest sense, it’s a decent slice of crime exploitation - and this really is the night from hell - Perry digs himself ever-deeper, while Billy’s lifestyle is certainly sordid enough to qualify as a nightmare. Overall, this is a very solidly made thriller with a few great performances.
