The higher we set the value of degree-of-blur, the more blurry the picture will be. In the example below, we’ll apply a blur of 5px to the image:
2. User shutter priority mode. The easiest way to take control over your shutter speed to capture motion blur is to use Shutter Priority mode. Go to Filters > Noise > Add Noise, select Gaussian, and Monochromatic, adjust amount settings till you get the effect you want; about 5% is a good amount. Select Filter > Blur > Gaussian to make the grain rougher; we set ours to 0.5-1 pixels.

This allows the shutter of your camera to stay open longer so that your camera ‘sees’ the movement you’re trying to capture. Experimenting is key to determine the best shutter speed for the occasion.
23 de ago. de 2019 · You can't cancel the blur event, you need to refocus in a timer. You could either set up a variable onfocus or set a hasChanged variable on the change event. The blur event fires after the change event (unfortunately, for this situation) otherwise you could have just reset the timer in the onchange event. I'd take an approach similar to this:
