Fear Of Pop. Ben Folds' more experimental pop solo project. "Sometimes I regard it as an excuse to play drums, guitar, electronic noises or hammer dulcimer. Often it was a vehicle to work with rock legends such as William Shatner, Caleb Southern and John Painter. Also, it gave me another reason not to sleep.

About Fear of Pop. An instrumental electronic side project of the Ben Folds Five's eponymous piano-playing frontman, Fear of Pop also included the group's producer, Caleb Southern, as well as Flemming & John member John Marc Painter.
