Chris honed his craft whilst toiling in the rhythm and blues clubs of his native Meridian, Mississippi. His style is that of the “song player” – wherein every passage serves the composition.
Melissa Lou Etheridge (born May 29, 1961) is an American singer, songwriter, musician, and guitarist. Her eponymous debut album was released in 1988 and became an underground success. It peaked at No. 22 on the Billboard 200 and its lead single, "Bring Me Some Water", garnered Etheridge her first Grammy Award nomination for Best Rock Vocal Performance, Female in 1989.

Chris Ethridge. John Christopher Ethridge II ( Meridian (Mississippi), [1] 10 februari 1947 – aldaar, 23 april 2012 ), beter bekend als Chris Ethridge, was een Amerikaans muzikant.
