Un son reconnaissable à la Buchanan (Danny Gatton a quelques fois le même son), Roy est, sur cet album & à mon avis, proche du sommet de sa forme ! La basse est tenue par Stanley Clarke, ce qui ne gâche rien (je le verrai dans le début des 80's avec Jeff Beck à Paris).
