Pierre Alexandre Claudius Balmain (født 18. mai 1914 i Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, død 29. juni 1982) var en fransk motedesigner. Han åpnet egne motehus i Paris, Brussel, New York og Caracas. Pierre Balmain var blant de parisiske moteskaperne som lanserte «new look» i årene etter andre verdenskrig.
