For the record – despite the fact I mention Cazale’s appearance in only five feature films, years after his death he did appear in a sixth, Coppola’s, The Godfather: Part III (1990) in archive footage.

Though he is now one of Michael's underbosses who runs a Las Vegas nightclub, Fredo has been given no real power, making him feel that he has been passed over for being head of the family.
