We are a custom designed blank canvas space crafted to host creative and cultural events from end to end of the live events spectrum.
The Lower Third is available to hire for private events. Steeped in rich musical history it is situated right at the heart of Denmark Street and delivered to the highest possible specification. It is possible to hire individual rooms, from the beautiful forge, situated at the back of the venue, to the bar or club room.

Venue co-founder Karrie Goldberg said: “Now, with this new late licence, it allows us to provide an even broader spectrum of cultural programming.
