19 de feb. de 2024 · Years later Sheridan converted to the Sannyasin religion, rechristening himself Swami Probhu Sharan and settling in Germany. He died in Hamburg in February 2013 at the age of 72. Tony Sheridan was a footnote in rock history, to be sure, but an important and enduring one. ~ Jason Ankeny

También hay un DVD , que se llama Chantal meets Tony , que se publicó en el año 2005 y en el único lugar donde aparece el tema ‘Tell me if you can’, que Tony escribió con Paul Mc Cartney en 1962.

Sheridan es recordado por ser el cantante al que los primeros Beatles acompañaron en Hamburgo y con el que grabaron un single. A su llegada a la ciudad alemana, los Beatles entraron en contacto con Sheridan, estableciéndose una relación de maestro y alumnos.
