  6. 4 de jun. de 1990 · "Little Deuce Coupe" is a concept album (before the term was invented) about cars (OK one song is about School), and is pretty good but "All Summer Long" is the better album, with some absolute gems. (OK there is a lot of deliberate filler but The Beach Boys were not the only people guilty of this in the early sixties).

  7. I got this for 'All Summer Long'. Quite liked it, but personally find the earlier Beach Boys stuff a bit patchy. Still, there are some great tracks on both 'Little Deuce Coupe' and 'All Summer Long'. Nice to think that Brian Wilson was still in reasonable mental health and keeping off the drugs at this stage, just wish he had continued in this ...
