For Beatles audio enthusiasts and collectors: While this album, along with Vol 1, were conceived in early 1966, it is unique in that it contains the 1965 stereo mixes of I Want To Hold Your Hand, Day Tripper and We Can Work It Out rather than the new mixes that were created by EMI UK in November 1966 for "A Collection Of Beatles Oldies".

  7. 1969 it came out with an ORANGE label with Royalty Stamps, and 2nd issue ORANGE label with NO Royalty stamps also, this one probably issued around late 1969 to early 1970's. On the ORANGE labels there was no 'THE BEATLES' written above the EMI symbol on bottoms of labels, unlike the late 1970's reissue with this. This is how to tell them apart.
