Generally considered the first "rock opera," the 1967 opus by erstwhile gritty rockers turned psychedelic visionaries predates the Who's vastly more popular Tommy by a year. (Incidentally, there are significant parallels between the plots of both records.)

Biografía. Los Pretty Things fueron uno de esos fantásticos grupos que, tras brillar en el circuito de R&B londindense de los años 60, supieron evolucionar de manera creativa hacia sonidos psicodélicos de entidad, dejando para la posteridad uno de los grandes discos del estilo lisérgico y la primera ópera rock de la historia: “S. F. Sorrow” (1968).
