12 de ene. de 2022 · It wasn’t so much that Harrison was beleaguered in the band, it was more so that he was often glossed over like the group’s little brother. “George got stuck with being The Beatle who had to fight to get songs on record because of Lennon and McCartney,” Bob Dylan once opined. “Well, who wouldn’t get stuck!
LIB Harrison has a couple of good songs but not upper tier by his standards imo. Abbey Road is where Harrison 100% contributes the best songs for me. And btw I think Come Together and Because are quite genius and unique from Lennon as well as I Want You. But Something and Here Comes The Sun are imo a level above everything else on Abbey Road.
