Dare is an English rock band from Oldham, fronted by former Thin Lizzy keyboard player Darren Wharton. They formed in 1985 and have released eleven albums to date, ten studio and one live. Their most recent album was originally due to be released in 2019, although this was later delayed, with Road to Eden announced by the band in January 2022.

Storia del gruppo Gli esordi (1984-1992) I Dare nascono nel 1984 nella cittadina di Oldham per idea del cantante e tastierista Darren Wharton, ex componente dei Thin Lizzy, e del chitarrista Vinny Burns, entrambi britannici.
