Stratovarius. Stratovarius – fińska grupa powermetalowa. Założona w 1984 przez perkusistę i wokalistę Tuomo Lassila’e, basistę John Vihervä'e i gitarzystę Staffana Stråhlmana. W 1985 roku w szeregach zespołu pojawił się gitarzysta i wokalista Timo Tolkki, stając się z czasem jego niekwestionowanym liderem.
Stratovarius, 1984 yılında Finlandiya'nın başkenti Helsinki'de kurulmuş bir power metal grubudur. Kurulduklarından bu yana 16 stüdyo albümü, 4 DVD ve 1 canlı albüm yayımladılar. Alman grupları Helloween , Blind Guardian ve Gamma Ray ile birlikte power metal türünün hem öncülerinden hem de en etkili gruplarından birisi sayılır.
