On one hand, it is a standard talking-heads documentary, with experts explaining the ratings system while seated before book shelves and fireplaces. (Tellingly, even ex-board members suggest that the route to decisions is unclear and inconsistent.)

13 de jul. de 2020 · For once, I agree with the ratings board! This film should be strictly for fearless adults. It is VERY controversial and shows clips that would scar children's minds and even some adults. Not for people under 18, under any circumstances. The people in this movie are very sarcastic; the ratings board is exposed rudely.
