Jesse Arthur McCartney (født 9. april 1987 i New York City, USA) er en amerikansk sanger og skuespiller, mest kendt for sin rolle som Bradin Westerly i den amerikanske tv-serie Summerland og solo-albummet Beautiful Soul.
