Koda and the Points pound away, sounding stronger and better at the turn of the millennium than they did at the turn of the '70s. Sure, some of the songs are silly, but that's the point. The end result is a satisfying hard rock album with humor and character -- something like that doesn't come along every day.
This hard-to-find CD was originally produced in 1999 in a very limited run for long-time fans in Fremont, Ohio. It's a live performance from January 1980, when the band opened for Cub's friends ZZ Top at Crisler Arena in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It's live, so it is what it is: Hard Roots Rock n' Roll, Cub Koda & The Points style!
