St Catherine’s College is committed to access for all. As a College, we can trace our roots back to 1868, when a ‘Delegacy for Unattached Students’ was formed. This delegacy enabled students to be members of the University without being a member of a college, thus avoiding the prohibitive costs of College membership at the time.
St. Catharine's College will be interviewing remotely online. Our experience since 2020 is that this works well for all applicants - and we have plans in place to address any technical issues so you do not need to worry. We will send all applicants who are called for interview full instructions well in advance of their interview.
St Catharine’s (fondly known as Catz) is a medium-size College, situated right in the centre of town, that welcomes applications from students of all genders and backgrounds, and is proud of its strong links with state schools across the UK. Officials at St. Catharine College near Springfield announced in June that the school would shut down, citing declining enrollment and a dispute with the U.S. Department of Education over a cut in financial aid.. The move left several hundred students scrambling to find a new school.

St Catharine's offers accommodation in College for all three or four years of the normal undergraduate course. The College's accommodation is accredited by ANUK (Accreditation Network UK). Please take the time to read the College’s accommodation handbook and your occupancy agreement (when you receive it – usually in September) for further information.
22 de may. de 2024 · Over the last decade, St Catharine’s has consistently been amongst the top three colleges in terms of Geography exam results, and has often been the top college! The College has three Geography Fellows, teaching both human and physical geography. The current Fellows in Geography are Professor Ron Martin, Dr Ian Willis and Dr Ivan Scales.
