45 Years ago today "The Dukes of Hazzard" hits the television and the General Lee is born. The Dukes of Hazzard is shown in over 26 other languages and countries and gets super bowl style ratings. The Dukes of Hazzard (Os 3 Duques (título em Portugal) ou Os Gatões (título no Brasil)), foi uma série de televisão norte-americana criada por Gy Waldron, exibida originalmente de 1979 a 1984 no canal CBS. [1] [2] O seriado começou como uma adaptação de um filme que Waldron fez sobre traficantes de moonshine, Moonrunners (1975). [3]Mais tarde a série inspirou um filme em 2005.
Overview. Cousins Bo and Luke Duke and their car "General Lee", assisted by Cousin Daisy and Uncle Jesse, have a running battle with the authorities of Hazzard County (Boss Hogg and Sheriff Coltrane), plus a string of ne'er-do-wells often backed by the scheming Hogg. Rod Amateau.
