Bo Welch is a production designer, famous for his work in the Men in Black film series. He also was the production designer for Tim Burton's sequel to Batman, Batman Returns; he previously worked with Burton on Beetlejuice and Edward Scissorhands.Welch had to step in for Anton Furst, who was unable to return as production designer because of contractual obligations.
