12 de ago. de 2010 · Pete Brown & Piblokto! was a British progressive rock band formed in 1969 by Pete Brown, (probably best known as the lyricist with Cream) after being thrown out of his previous band Pete Brown & His Battered Ornaments.The initial band members were Brown on vocals, Laurie Allen on drums, Jim Mullen on guitar, Roger Bunn on bass and Dave Thompson on organ.

Peter Ronald "Pete" Brown, född 25 december 1940 i Ashtead, Surrey, död 19 maj 2023 i Hastings, East Sussex, [1] [2] var en brittisk poet, textförfattare och musikproducent, mest känd för sitt samarbete med Jack Bruce (framför allt i gruppen Cream).Han arbetade också med The Battered Ornaments, och formade sin egen grupp Piblokto.

Pete Brown formed a band with Graham Bond releasing 1972's "Two Heads Are Better Than One" LP, followed by a spoken word album, "The Not Forgotten Association", in 1973. He also continued his writing partnership with Jack Bruce as well as contributing to film and musical scores.
