The Salton Sea is a salt lake located in the south of California, just south of Palm Springs and south-east of Los Angeles. The sea was created on accident in 1905 when water from the Colorado River flooded this area. It is connected by "New River" in-game (unattributed). It is a rather shallow lake with its deepest depth at around 43 feet (13 m).
