Candice Susan Swanepoel (* 20. října 1988 Mooi River, Natal) je jihoafrická topmodelka. Otcem Candice je Willem Swanepoel a matkou Eileen Swanepoel (rozená Green). Její otec pochází z Mutare, Zimbabwe, zatímco matka pochází z Jihoafrické republiky.
