Nils Lofgren, född 21 juni 1951 [ 1] i Chicago, Illinois, är en amerikansk rockmusiker, artist, låtskrivare och multiinstrumentalist. Vid sidan av sin karriär som soloartist är han sedan 1984 medlem av Bruce Springsteens kompband E Street Band. Han har tidigare varit med i bandet Crazy Horse, samt var grundare och frontman för bandet Grin.
