Kate and Anna McGarrigle make “Il Est Né / Ca Berger” heavenly, Marianne Faithfull brings grit to the fiddle-strewn “I Saw Three Ships a Sailing” and Rickie Lee Jones is full of yearning on “O Holy Night”.
