Townshend's career as a published musician and songwriter began in 1964 as a member of rock band the Who, before branching out as a solo artist in the 1970s.
This is a repress from 1987 or later by manufacturer SRC and has some light blue colors on the CD face. Differences to other similar releases: Deep End (5) - Live! (9847650) is a Gen 1 SRC pressing. The CD and paper artwork are the same on this version. Deep End (5) - Live! (5027156) is made in Japan and has some red colors on the CD face.
