Track 7 Recorded at Rockfield, Monmouth. Digitally Remastered at Abbey Road Studios, London. 24 page booklet reproduces “The Hawkwind Log". The title is given as "X In Search Of Space" on the front cover and as "In Search Of Space" on the CD and spine. Made in the UK, although CD says Made in the EU.
In Search of Space is the second studio album from Hawkwind, released in 1971. It reached No. 18 on the UK Albums Chart.
In Search of Space is the kind of album I have to be in a certain mood to appreciate as it can seem a bit repetitive at times and even though this is part of it´s charm it´s also a it´s biggest flaw. I´ll rate In Search of Space 3 big stars and will be looking forward to listening to the next album from Hawkwind. SPAAAACY.
