24 de may. de 2024 · A Weird Al for a post-modern, hip-hop age, MC Lars came straight out of Berkeley to become a fixture of the emergent 2000s nerdcore scene. Well-versed in literature and culture in addition to a near-savant appreciation of the history of popular music, Lars (Andrew Nielsen) mastered the nascent YouTube universe to become an internet sensation.
I also do private lessons, through the MC Lars Lit-Hop Academy, so please contact me if you would like more info on that. I tell young rappers to write for at least two hours a day, be fearless in their revisions, and to listen to as much lyric-focused music as they can.
