Canadian folk duo Ian and Sylvia were stars of the 1960s folk scene best known for their songs "You Were On My Mind," later a pop hit for the folk-rock group We Five, and "Four Strong Winds." Ian Tyson and Sylvia Fricker met on the Toronto coffeehouse scene in 1959 and, by 1962, were signed to Vanguard Records.
