Dave King was born David Kingshott, on 23rd June 1929 in Twickenham, London. His parents were Sydney Ernest Kingshott & Elizabeth nee Wisener and he was my 7th cousin twice removed. Dave King had one of the most remarkable careers in show business, coinciding with the golden era of television.
