Fiona Shaw is one of the most recognised actors of her generation. Her awards include the Laurence Olivier Theatre Award for Best Actress in Sophocles Electra, Shakespeare As You Like It and Brecht The Good Person of Sechuan in 1990, and Machinal at the Royal National Theatre in 1994.
